Floodex operations are temporarily suspended while we relocate and re-tool for production of our all-new molded composite Floodex foundation flood vents and other new innovative flood safety products for construction. With respect to patent and trademark issues, we regret we are temporarily unable to respond to any new product inquiries or requests for technical information. An upcoming revised web page will introduce the all new Floodex composite versions and other new products shortly. BACK ORDERS: (Customers who have not yet received your order)
Due to the accidental loss of scanned correspondence and/or electronic data during our move, we have a few orders awaiting shipment to unknown customers. Those customers are kindly requested to mail their order details (name, approximate order date, number of Floodex vents ordered, amount paid and physical shipping address) to: Floodex, PO Box 112, Bay Head, NJ 08742 and include the words "Back Order" on the lower left corner of the envelope, or, email the information to floodvent@floodex.net and be sure to type "Back Order" in the subject line. We apologize for this delay and will ship such orders immediately.
